PERSONAL BANKING

To take full advantage of our Digital Banking features, some require you to first enroll in Online Banking using your computer, or phone’s browser.

Features requiring enrollment in Online Banking:

  • Going Paperless

  • Bill Pay

  • Zelle* (Only available for personal accounts using Online Banking or the BOAA mobile app).

  • External Transfer

*PLEASE NOTE: You must first enroll in Bill Pay to access Zelle

 

Features only available in the Mobile app:

 

Features only available in Online Banking:

  • Statements, including Tax Statements

  • Extended Transaction history and download/export of transactions

  • Managing your security questions

BUSINESS BANKING

Features requiring you to contact us via phone or visit a branch to enroll:

  • Paperless Business Account Statements

  • Mobile Deposits

  • ACH & Wires

  • Positive Pay

 

Features only available in the Business Mobile app:

  • Mobile Check Deposit*

  • Push Alerts for transfer approvals

 

Some features are only available in Business Online Banking:

  • Statements*

  • Extended Transaction history and download/export of transactions

  • Managing your security questions and changing your password

  • ACH & Wires*

  • Managing Positive Pay*
