Most tasks can be completed directly in the BOAA Mobile App. 

Sign-In to the App:

Navigate to the mobile app icon. Sign-in and tap “Cards” in the bottom navigation bar.

From “Cards” you can:

• Access card details

• Turn your debit card off

• Add your card to your phone’s wallet

• Manage your travel plans

• View details and spending insights from your debit card transactions​

Activate Your Card or Change Your PIN:

Contact the 24x7 support line to activate your card, or change your PIN: 800.992.3808.

Dispute a Charge/Report a Fraudulent Transaction: 

Contact the 24x7 support line to dispute a charge: 833.358.0104.

Report a Card Lost or Stolen: 

1. Turn off your card by signing into your mobile app and select "Cards" located in the bottom navigation bar. Toggle the       card to "Off." 

2. Report the lost or stolen debit card by calling 833.358.0103.

Setting a Travel Plan:​

1. Sign in to the BOAA Mobile app

2. Tap on “Cards” in the navigation bar

3. Choose “Manage Travel Plans” from the ‘Manage Card’ section

4. Tap on “Add Travel Plans” to get started adding your destinations and dates of travel

5. Tap “Submit” to add the new travel plan

Increase Your Limit:

Need to increase your debit card limit temporarily? Contact us, or visit a branch to discuss limit exceptions.
