Updating Your Contact Information

Contact us or visit a Branch to update your physical address, email address, or phone number.
You must be a signer on the account to make updates.

Personal Banking

Contact Your Local Office: Please know, you will be sent an e-form to verify your updated contact information.
  
Visit a Branch: Be sure to bring your Photo ID (Driver’s License, Photo ID, Passport, or Signature card).  

Updating Your Alerts: You can update your email address and mobile number set up to receive Alerts from the BOAA Mobile app or Online.

BOAA Mobile app:

  1. Sign in and tap “Manage Alerts” from the Accounts page

  2. Tap on Manage Delivery. Note: Push notifications must be enabled

  3. From Manage Delivery, you can add or remove any email address or mobile number on-file for receiving alerts.


BOAA Online:

  1. Sign-in and click “Alerts” in the upper right corner

  2. From the “Contact Options” tab, you can add or remove any email address or mobile number set up to receive alerts

  3. If adding a new contact, once added, tap the “Send Activation Code to verify the contact info provided.

 

For email-only updates:

You can update your email address for your Personal accounts through Online digital banking:

  1. Sign in to Online Banking

  2. Click on Profile in the upper right

  3. Click Edit in the Email section

  4. Enter and confirm your new email address, then click Save
     

You’ll receive an email confirming the update. This will apply to Paperless Statements if enrolled.

Business Banking

Contact Your Local Office: Please know, you will be sent an e-form to verify your updated contact information.

Visit a Branch: Be sure to bring your Photo ID (Driver’s License, Photo ID, Passport, or Signature card).

Updating Your Alerts: You can update your email address and mobile number set up to receive Alerts from the BOAA Business Online.

BOAA Business Online:

  1. Sign in and click “Alerts” in the upper right corner

  2. From the “Contact Options” tab, you can add or remove any email address or mobile number set up to receive alerts

  3. If adding a new contact, once added, tap the “Send Activation Code to verify the contact info provided.

 

Alerts must first be set up from Business Online. You can also view your email address under the Profile tab from Business Online,
