Paying a Mortgage, Personal, or Business Loan
Personal Banking
Do you have a Bank of Ann Arbor Checking or Savings Account?
If you’re paying a Bank of Ann Arbor loan and have a Checking or Savings account with us, you can make payments online, or with our Mobile Banking App using Transfers.
To make a payment using the Digital Banking:

Sign-in to your account

Access Transfers
-
Choose a from/to account and enter payment details

Review and submit the transfer
Don't have a Bank of Ann Arbor Checking or Savings Account?
You can make one-time or recurring payments on your Bank of Ann Arbor Mortgage or Personal loans through our Payment Portal using an external funding source including a debit or credit card (fees apply).
To make a payment using the Payment Portal:

From the BOAA website menu, click “Personal”

In the Personal Loans section, choose “Make a Loan Payment”

Continue when prompted to leave the Bank of Ann Arbor site
Please Note: Only mortgages serviced by Bank of Ann Arbor can be paid using the Payment Portal.
New to the Payment Portal?

Tap “+Loan Payments” to create a profile. (Please Note: This is separate from your online or mobile banking profile.)

Follow the steps within the Payment portal to create your profile, add accounts, and make one-time or recurring payments.
Tips when making payments:

Add additional loan accounts from “Manage Accounts”
-
Using a Debit card or Credit card to pay will incur an additional fee.

Recurring payments will not automatically stop once the loan is paid-in-full. Access the “Review Recurring Payments” tab in the right menu pane to cancel or modify any future recurring payments.
Want your payments to end after the loan is paid-in-full automatically?

Contact us with your name and contact info to get started – please don’t share any account information. We will share a form for you to complete and submit through our Secure messaging portal.

UniFi Equipment Financing Customers can make one-time payments from the “Make a Payment” page on the UniFi website.
